Mental health is what I live with and see people experience it everyday. Bringing awareness and breaking stigma on mental health are one of my purposes in design and daily life. I hope to help people understand perspectives on mental health by gathering various projects and campaigns in a magazine form, and showcase the effort creatives put into their designs/illustrations to express the feelings of mental health.
